Every shipment moves through the same stages, forward only, and never skips one. Received: the agent has your barrels at the warehouse. In transit: the container is booked and moving; the carrier's feed drives this stage. Arrived: docked in Freetown. Customs: cleared by the agent on the ground. Delivered: handed over. The only stage that turns green.
